Booking Terms

By booking a Talk With Kris™ conversation, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

Talk With Kris™ is a private 60-minute online conversation.

The current fee is A$50, payable in full when you make your booking.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

You’re welcome to reschedule your conversation with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to available appointment times.

If you cancel because you have changed your mind, the booking fee is generally non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are also non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, I may offer a rescheduled appointment at my discretion.

If I need to cancel your conversation, you’ll be offered either another suitable time or a full refund.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we can still use the remaining time in your scheduled appointment, but the session will normally finish at the original booked time.

If you’re unable to join because of a genuine technical issue, contact me and we’ll work out a reasonable solution.

What Talk With Kris™ Is

Talk With Kris™ is based on my personal lived experience and is intended as an honest peer-to-peer conversation.

I am not a therapist, psychologist, counsellor or medical professional, and these conversations are not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.

I won’t tell you how you should live your life or promise any particular outcome from the conversation.

Privacy

What you choose to share during your conversation will be treated respectfully and privately.

Sessions will not be recorded without your knowledge and explicit agreement.

If recording is ever discussed — whether for your own copy, my private review, training, research or possible use in content — what is being recorded and how it may be used will be explained beforehand and your separate permission will be obtained.

You are always free to decline recording.

Respect & Safety

Talk With Kris™ is intended to be a respectful conversation for both people involved.

I reserve the right to end a conversation if there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously inappropriate behaviour. In those circumstances, a refund may not be provided.
